- Cancellations made before this window may be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled slot.
- Cancellations or no-shows made after this window are strictly non-refundable.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late to an Appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be given.
