  • For Email Marketing & Newsletter Distribution (CASL Compliant): To send you news, special offers, and general information about goods, services, and events which we offer. We only send these communications if you have granted express consent, or where an established business relationship implies consent under the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Your Right to Opt-Out (CASL & GDPR): You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any absolute time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribe requests are processed free of charge and within 10 business days.
4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. We may share Your personal information only in the following specific situations:

Confidentiality Incident & Breach NotificationIn compliance with Canadian federal and provincial laws (including Quebec’s Bill 25), in the event of a security breach or "confidentiality incident" involving your Personal Data that presents a risk of serious injury, we will maintain an internal log of the incident, promptly notify the appropriate regulatory authorities (such as the OPC or CAI), and notify you directly so you can take protective measures.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 14.
