How to Get Started

1. Book Your Initial Appointment

Visit the online calendar and book the time that works best for you.

2.  ​We Discuss Your Unique Health Concerns

Your needs and experiences are unique. By starting with an in-depth consult before treatment, we will discover the modalities best suited to you.

3. Receive Your First Treatment

Your first session is 90 minutes, so that we can really delve in to the issues that are surfacing for you and start on your healing path.
