What you will learn in Level 1:
Module 1: Foundations (2 weeks)
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or find yourself questioning your intuition, you may be ungrounded. Groundedness is the key to healing oneself and assisting others to heal.
In this module, students will learn advanced methods of grounding through the spine to activate the kundalini energy (this is not earthing!). Like a hydro tower, the more power you bring in the more you need to be grounded. All aspects of grounding and connection to the Higher Self will be explored and common misconceptions around grounding will be cleared up. Participants will also explore how to read energy using a pendulum.
Module 2: The Chakras + Magnetic Healing (8 weeks)
We are born with a light body and a vibration that will proceed to radiate and draw other similar vibrations experiences to us. The energy centres, or chakras, that hold this light also contain all of the programming that is passed down to us from our parents and ancestors from the moment the embryo develops, leaving us with only a small percentage of our own thoughts. This is a program and it resides within the chakras.
In this module, we dive deep into these energy systems of the body using meditation, breathing, and movement. We will identify and learn to transform what is blocking us from our true nature: our perfect essence. Students will learn the principles of magnetic healing and how to use the technique to heal the chakras so that the body’s self-healing mechanisms can take charge and work effectively.
Module 3: Reading and Healing the Aura (2 weeks)
Our auras are the intersection of our physical and energetic selves and contain a vast quantity of information about our health and wellness. By healing the aura and the chakras, we prevent the manifestation of physical pain and dis-ease.
In this module, students will learn how to elevate all 5 of their senses to develop heightened intuition and discernment. We will learn about all our subtle-spiritual bodies (etheric, emotional, mental, astral, etherical, celestial and ketheric), what each one represents, and how to work with them.
Using their hands, senses, and intuition, students will feel and see energy as they explore the energy fields of the aura. They will learn to interpret colours, energy, and images/objects found in the aura by strengthening their third eye and intuitive abilities.
Module 4 : The Healer’s Frequency Toolbox (4 weeks)
Healing and learning new modalities is a lifelong endeavour. Your healing toolbox has unlimited potential to help shift your vibration. This program will introduce you to the fundamental building blocks of a healing practice that you will return to time and time again. It's time to add to the toolbox!
Student will learn how to use sound, colour, crystals, and essences to balance energies in the aura and chakras, as well as how to harness their intuition to identify the appropriate intervention and apply it in a healing session. Students will be taught to infuse energy and call in the vibration of a specific energy tool. They will also explore dreams, dream interpretation, and the benefits of journaling, tarot & oracle cards, and meditation.
Module 5 : Exploring the Shadow, Higher Self, Inner Child and Spirit Guides (5 weeks)
This module provides a deeper exploration into the chakra programming and how these impact our True Nature and shape the way we navigate the world. We are not alone in healing our programming; we all have been assigned non-physical Guides to assist us on our healing journey.
In this module, students will learn to discern between messages from the ego and Higher Self (Essence). Adele will introduce students to the various ego identities and inner children that reside in the chakras and how to heal them. Students will learn how to connect and communicate with their Spirit Guides (ie: animal totems, angels, ancestors, orbs of light, etc.). We will also address shadow work and the effects of negative energy (ie: energy vampires) in this module.
